Prices are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY/SHIPMENT
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer
is responsible for all custom fees on International orders. Advanced
Computech is not responsible for weather delay or any sort of delay by the
carrier or by Custom. Damage Claim should be filed with the Carrier
(Advanced Computech will assist with filing). Auctions,
Outside Continent USA & International Sales, Customer is responsible for
all shipping/handling charges.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Advanced Computech Warrants all Products to be free of
defects and meet Manufacturer’s Specification. Unless otherwise specified
all Products carry one (1) Year Warranty from the invoice date with Advanced
Computech. Some Products carry extended Warranty from the Manufacturer.
Brand name memory for Laptops, Desktops & Apple carry Limited Lifetime
Warranty from the Manufacturer. Limited Lifetime Warranty covers only
defects arising under normal use & does not include malfunctions or
failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect & alteration. No warranty
is provided against Hardware and Memory incompatibility. Systems carry one
(1) year parts and two (2) years Labor Warranty. Software is subject to
publisher Warranty only.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) & MISSING ITEM POLICY
Product that is tested and found to be non-operational
upon receipt is considered to be DOA. DOA products must be reported to our
Customer Service Department @ within two (2) days of receipt
and returned to Advanced Computech for replacement. DOA Product will be
replaced per RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION & RETURN POLICY Paragraph.
Missing Item/s must be reported to our Customer Service Department
within two (2) days of receipt (Advanced Computech is not responsible after
2 days).
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) & RETURN
POLICY
CPU & Memory can only be exchange within three (3)
days of receipt based on their market value for that day or the purchase
price (whichever is applicable). Printer, Monitor, Laptop, Laptop
accessories & completely sealed packages, onced WILL NOT BE
accepted for Exchange or Refund. If the product in this
paragraph is defective, it is subject to Replacement only within the
Warranty Period.
Absolutely no refund or exchange on special order products and
Auction Sales.
We accept no software return or exchange.
Products returned for refund within 21 days (from invoice date) are
subject to 12% re-stocking fee. Returned product must include sales Invoice,
packed in the original box and packing material and must include all
documentation and accessories. No refund or credit will be issued for
incomplete packages. Absolutely no refund or exchange after 21-days.
Brand Name memory for Laptops and Apple will be accepted for refund
within seven (7) days with $10 Processing Fee (Shipping/Handling
non-refundable).

ALL REFUSED PACKAGE/S ARE SUBJECT TO $20 FEE OR 20%
RE-STOCKING FEE (the greater of the two will apply). ALL RETURN CHECKS ARE
SUBJECT TO $25 FEE. THE WRITER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES (ATTORNEY,
PROCESSING, ETC….) IF LEGEL ACTION IS PURSUIT.
If product is defective, Please call our Customer Service Dept. @ (818)
227-6874 and briefly explain the problem. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
will be issued. Defective product must be returned with all documentation
and original packing materials, Cables, Manuals etc. and a copy of the
Invoice. Please clearly write the RMA number on outside of the shipping
box. We strongly recommend ship with Tracking Method and Insure for
full value.
Our Customer Service Department will refuse any package that arrives without
legible RMA number on the shipping package.
On some Products Advanced Computech will Cross Ship with
conditions.(Please ask you sales rep!)
Please allow 24 HRS for processing RMA at our facility for
products that go defective within 30 days (Advanced Computech is not
responsible if additional delay occurs). If Product becomes defective after
30 days, we will ship the defective product to the Manufacturer for
replacement/repair at their option. For faster replacement on defective
Products, Advanced Computech can put the Customer in direct contact with the
Manufacturer.
We ship replacement product UPS Ground. Shipping can be
upgraded at Customer’s expense.
