PRODUCT WARRANTY Unless otherwise specified all Products Carry one (1) Year Warranty with Advanced Computech. Some Products carry extended Warranty directly from The Manufacturer. Brand Name Memory for Laptops, Desktops & Apple carry Limited Life Time Warranty from the Manufacturer. Systems carry One (1) Year Parts and Two (2) Years Labor Warranty. All OEM CPU carry 30-days warranty. Software is subject to publisher Warranty only. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) & MISSING ITEM POLICY Product that is tested and found to be non-operational upon receipt is considered to be DOA. DOA Product must be reported to our Customer Service Department @ within two (2) DAYS of receipt and returned to Advanced Computech ASAP for replacement. DOA Product will be replaced per RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION & RETURN POLICY Paragraph. Missing Item/s must be reported to our Customer Service Department within two (2) days of receipt (Advanced Computech is not responsible after 2 days). RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) & RETURN POLICY CPU & Memory are exchangeable/upgradable within three (3) days of receipt based on their market value for that day. Printer, Monitor, Notebooks/Laptop, Laptop Accessories & completely sealed packages, onced WILL NOT BE accepted for Return, Exchange or Refund. If the product in this paragraph is defective, it is subject to Replacement only within the Warranty Period. Absolutely no Return, exchange or refund on Special Order Products and Auction Sales. We accept no software returns and offer no software exchanges. Products returned for Refund within 21 days are subject to 12% re-stocking fee. Product returned must include original packing, cables, manuals, etc. Absolutely no refund or exchange after 21-days. Laptop Memory with Limited Life Time Warranty will be accepted for refund within seven (7) days with $10 Processing Fee (Shipping/Handling non-refundable). ALL REFUSED PACKAGE/S ARE SUBJECT TO $20 FEE OR 20% RE-STOCKING FEE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. If product is defective, Please call our Customer Service Dept. @ and briefly explain the problem. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Return the defective Product along with all Documentation and Original Packing Materials, Cables, Manuals, etc. and a copy of the Invoice. Please clearly write the RMA number on the shipping box. We strongly recommend ship with Tracking Method and Insurance. Our Customer Service Department will refuse any package that arrives without legible RMA number on the shipping package. On some Products Advanced Computech will Cross Ship with conditions (Please inquire about conditions). Please allow 24 to 48 HRS for processing RMA at our facility for products that go defective before 30 days (Advanced Computech is not responsible if additional delay occurs). If Product becomes defective after 30 days, we will ship the defective product to the Manufacturer for replacement/repair at their option (estimate time of replacement/repair 2 to 4 weeks, Advanced Computech is not responsible if additional delay occurs). For faster replacement on defective Products, Advanced Computech can put the Customer in direct contact with the Manufacturer. We ship replacement Product Via Ground. Customer has the option to upgrade shipping method at additional cost. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on Monitor, Printers, Scanners, System and Tower Case. Our Customer Service Department will refuse any package that arrives (for repair/replacement/credit/refund) without legible RMA number on the shipping package.
